~ Healing Lotus ~
(Sacred Hot Yoga): Performed with Sacred music under hot and humid conditions (Temperature as high as degrees 105 f). Often hot yoga is now used to describe any number of yoga styles that use heat to increase an individual's flexibility in the poses. Teachers focus on Healing Energy for their students.
The Sacred Hot Yoga Method practices conscious awareness of the body's alignment, breathing, and energy flow; and has the students set their intention for practice and use affirmations to direct the life force generated by the postures for manifesting healing and happiness.
~ Peaceful Rising ~
(Traditional Yoga- Non Heated): This Non heated/Traditional Yoga class will run in temperatures between 80 to 85 degrees. Temperature will be adjusted accordingly based on seasonal weather.
~ Sacred Spring ~
(Fast Pace Flow of Sacred Hot Yoga): A Sacred Hot Yoga style Class at a faster flowing pace. Instructor's choice of music.
~ Eternal Fire ~
(Hot Yoga): A Sacred Hot Yoga style Class at a regular pace but with the instructor's favorite choice of music.
~ Earth Harmony ~
(Gentle & Warm Yoga): Designed for those who prefer a class less vigorous than Hot Yoga. The class includes gentle stretches and breathing as well as simple movements designed to systematically increase the range of motion of every major joint and increase energy.
~ Luna Nova ~
(Black Light Hot Yoga): A more exciting way of yoga practice that includes both hot yoga at night in the dark with back lighting and different styles of music. (All Yoga classes are ideal for students with chronic symptoms such as muscle/joint pain, stiffness, weakness, or fatigue.)
~ Solar Serenity ~
(Yoga in the Park): Yoga may be indoors or outdoors (Regular room temperature or outdoor weather) During the beautiful sunny season Enlighten Others offers this yoga class. This class will take place at a local park during the summer. Practice under the sun in the fresh air. Classes will move to indoors under bad weather conditions.

Yogalates (Pilates with Yoga): Under Warm or Hot temperature. Full description coming soon.
~ Spark ~
(Hot Room Fitness with Yoga): A faster flow of a fitness yoga type class with motivating music. Instructed by a fitness coach/yoga instructor in the hot room under hot and humid conditions.

(Yoga for Youth): Children Derive Enormous Benefits From Yoga! Children aren’t little adults. They have different needs, respond to different stimuli, and learn in different ways. That’s why we offer nontraditional yoga classes: invigorating, interactive, imaginative journeys into your child’s developing mind, body, and spirit.
Because children encounter emotional, social, and physical challenges or conflicts, a and intentional yoga practice that includes breathing techniques, behavioral guidelines, and physical postures can be incredibly valuable for them!
~ Meditation and Relaxation ~
Guided practice of concentrated focus upon a sound, object, visualization, the breath, movement, or attention itself in order to increase awareness of the present moment, reduce stress & anxiety, promote relaxation, and enhance personal and spiritual growth. Let's let go together!
~ Battle Rope Fitness ~
This System is a unique and complete strength and conditioning program like no other. The system allows an athlete or competitor to push their limits to the point of failure in a safe manner. However, the Battling Ropes System allows the average person wishing to lose a few pounds and get in better shape a user-friendly workout as well since they increase stability throughout your entire body, including your spine and lower back. The Battle Ropes can be used by anyone regardless of their goals. The reason for this is because you control the system, it does not control you. This workout is conducted outdoors in small groups for one hour (10 minute warm up, 40 minute burn, 10 minute cool down).
